Sign-&-Trade Inevitable For Miller?

The latest rumors surrounding Sixers point guard Andre Miller says that he’s being discussed in potential sign-and-trade deals. While the rumors do not give up any possible destinations, rumors have surfaced that the Sixers and Knicks were discussing a trade that would send Miller to the Knicks in exchange for Chris Duhon. Although Knicks coach Mike D’Antoni has came out and said that the rumors are false, there is no reason to think that it wasn’t atleast discussed. Miller and the Sixers differ on the kind of contract he should sign. While he wants a three-year contract worth $30 Million, they insist on giving him a one year deal worth $6 Million and that is why a sign-and-trade for the veteran point guard is more than likely to occur sometime this off-season. Whether it be to the Knicks, Heat, or any other team in need of a veteran point guard, a trade will happen.
